What this platform does with your information, and what you should and should not rely on it for.
Arch Datum is a set of decision-support tools for design and construction professionals: site and code analysis, development pro formas, energy and resilience ROI estimates, certification comparisons, and contract guidance. It is published by Jeff Seabold, FAIA. The platform is in active development and its outputs are estimates built from published data sources, which are cited throughout the tools.
You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it professionally. Use of this platform does not create an architect-client, contractor-client, or advisory relationship of any kind.
Accounts use passwordless email sign-in. We store your email address and the project records you choose to save. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time by emailing the address below, and we will remove it.
The platform's code, text, calculators, and data compilations are copyright Jeff Seabold, FAIA. The platform is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is what the platform is for.
